I can't get into AIMS...

If you receive an error message when you try to log on to AIMS, it could be that your password has expired or that your password has not been sync'd with your SPOT password.

You will need to contact the IT Call Center at 501-671-2255 or and have them walk you through the process.

Once you are in, you can use the Contact Us link to alert us of any issues or contact Nikki directly at (501) 671-2351.
