FY2013 Planned Program Changes

The FY2013 Plan of Work is available for your planning purposes.

To access the FY2013 Plan of Work, log on to http://aims.uaex.edu.  Near the top of the AIMS Home Page, select "FY2013 Plan of Work."

From there you will notice some changes.  There are only five planned programs, they are:

To see more about what is included in each of these planned programs, select a program and then select "Printer Detail."  That opens up a new window (or tab) with the specifics about that planned program.

You might notice several more changes for this year.

  1. "Topic" has replaced "Curriculum" and will be used for reporting purposes to further define/identify what is being reported.  Topic is required when planning to objectives under Community & Economic Development and Family & Consumer Sciences.  Topics are optional for the other three planned programs.
  2. "Indicators" is a combination of Baseline (Output) Indicators  and Outcome Indicators.
  3. For FY2013, planning for Indirect Methods is not required.  You can still report to them, but just as it is now, you will simply be given all the methods as reporting options.

If you have questions about when your IPOW is due, contact your supervisor.

If you have questions about the content of the planned programs, contact the specialist.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have questions or if something is missing.
