Many of us tend to have our preferred internet browser for one reason or another... But for AIMS and especially during this time of year, do yourself a favor and USE Internet Explorer when working in AIMS. Subtle right? :)
This does not mean that other browsers won't work with AIMS, but if you are having problems with something... Try switching to IE and see if you can get it to work there. It could be that whatever it is won't work on any browser, but we've need to be able to narrow down the issue.
We are working on ways to make AIMS compatible with multiple browsers, but there are still new things that crop up as issues. During this high volume season, you can minimize the potential for issues by using Internet Explorer. Also it will make it easier to troubleshoot problems when we can narrow that down from the beginning.
During the year, we welcome your feedback on what works and what doesn't on the other browsers, so that we can continue our efforts to support multiple browsers.
