When creating my IPOW, how do I select multiple items?

Hold the CTRL (control) key down while clicking your selections from the menu to select multiple choices.  To select all choices in a particular range, hold the Shift key and select the first and last choice of the range.

This is also how to select multiple time frames on the Results page and actually is true for many Internet sites.
